You'll get 99% on the way of supplementation if you eat 100g of beef liver x3 a week.
Only "danger" is you might get too much Vitamin A, but I believe the body will then make you nauseous and you throw up. Not sure about that as I've never experienced nausea from eating 100g of beef liver every other day.

Oh, I thought you'd mention Red Light Therapy in this content, I was sure that would help eyesight? It was you that recommended 1min every other day, wasn't it?

thank you, this was very useful and I learned new tools to apply. I am short sighted, and wear glasses, do you recommend training the eyes as outlined in this content with or without wearing glasses? Thank you.

This content is such a valuable resource, especially for those of us deeply invested in senior health. Achieving better vision as we age isn't just about glasses or surgery — it's about adopting the right daily protocols to nurture our eyesight naturally. I truly appreciate how Dr. Huberman breaks down complex science into actionable steps. Supporting better vision should be a top priority for everyone aiming for long-term senior health. currently my age is 15 and will be 16 this month and i have left sugary foods in November of 2023 and i eat only natural sugars for example fruits or shakes without sugar and have consumed the unhealthy sugar 10 or 11 times till now and have taken pledge to that this number is not going increase anymore and i do think whenever i have consumed the unhealthy sugar my performance in football matches or productive in my studies got decreased and my family, friends, and my siblings criticize me for not eating sugar and used to make fun of me and also do body shame on me despite my good health and better performance after i stop consuming these unhealthy foods and also they themself are suffering from health issues and career issues. THANKS FOR THE CONTENT YOU MAKE AND THEY ARE VERY INFORMATIVE

¡Hola Profe! All protocols, stated in the content, are really easy to perform. The ones that I found the most beneficial in my daily life are a "distance viewing" and "moving thru space". Thank You for all Your hard work and care for all of us.

I’ve truly come to appreciate Astaxanthin—not just for its incredible benefits to skin health, but also for the noticeable support it’s given my eyes. Over time, there’s even a subtle, healthy glow that appears—almost like a gentle sun-kissed tint. It’s become a quiet staple in my wellness routine.

I love Astaxanthin. I mainly take it for skin health, but it really helped my eyes as well. You get a slight red tanned-like glow after awhile on it.

It’s really good at protecting against sunburn too, I can attest to anecdotally

Thank you Dr. Huberman!

I just started to notice my vision starting to deteriorate due to my excessive screen time. This content came right in time for me.
The key take away I got from this content is that your eye muscles rest when you view things that are far away.

I would argue that placing less focus on "when" we exist, and on time itself, is beneficial to mental health.

It's funny that the answers to longevity, health and wellness, are always wrapped in how humans have evolved since the beginning of time. Of course we need to see outdoors AND indoors to maintain our vision, it's almost as if we were designed by time itself. The problems of the past are usually lack of cleanliness & education, and now with our abundance of resources it's easy to look back at our roots and use them with technology to live healthier, happier, and longer lives. Thanks Doc always for the great work

⛔My tips:⛔
Look at the distance 20 minutes a day.
Look at the periphery, our vision needs not only a central vision but a lateral vision too.
Sunning: look at the sun with closed eyes 10 minutes a day.
Palming: put your hands over your eyes, and try to show the darkness. This is so useful for a better vision. Try this for min. 10 minutes daily
Relax neck muscles, in fact trigger points and stiffness muscles could exacerbate bad vision because they block partially blood flow.
Use orange glasses in the evening and night for computer, tablet and smartphones. They block blue light for 95% .
Silica is very useful for elasticity of eye lenses.
Relax your mind, cut off stressors, because our vision is in the brain. Eyes are " light capture devices only", but the vision system is in the brain.

This is a great one, partly because it is short. Less than 30 minutes is easier for concentration

It's crazy that I see this now because a while ago, I had a hypothesis that we could actually strengthen our eyesight, which was contrary to what I was reading online. It just didn't make sense to me that we could improve all these parts of our body through exercises, but with our eyes we couldn't. It got me thinking because as a person who doesn't have the greatest eyesight and coming from families that have very poor eyesight I want my eyesight to be better, to be stronger, and to be as healthy as possible. And so the thought came to me, "what if we just don't know how to use our eyes?" I mean for the largest part if, not all, of our lives we are almost NEVER taught about our eyes and HOW TO ACTUALLY USE THEM.

It's so nice to know that I was actually on to something, especially when I would tell people I didn't believe in glasses entirely and they would think that I was dumb or weird.

My vision improved a lot just by walking outside without glasses. I had 2.5 degrees of miopia, and now it's about 1 degree. Just look outside and put down your phones. If it's sunny, it's even better.
