drink it and then rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water. It’s also the reason people who sip lemon all day have tooth damage. Simply put, drink your vinegar or lemon water at once and then rinse your mouth before drinking and/or eating.

I am 63 years old and weigh the same as I did in college. I only eat what I cook every day from scratch; no processed foods. I eat twice a day, and my last meal is in the late afternoon. I exercise 4/5 times a week, running and weight lifting. I weigh myself every day, and I know many people consider this crazy, but it is the best way to keep my weight on track. When I gain a few pounds, I do a fruit fast for a day or two with low glycemic fruits. I do not consume alcohol or refined carbohydrates. Sometimes pasta or basmati rice. It sounds like a monk's life, but it works for me.

I eat oatmeal with protein pwdr/yogurt, Wasa Rye Crispbread, bean pickles (kidney beans, pinto beans, green beans), lentil soup, sauerkraut, potatoes with skin on, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries...mainly. No doughnuts for me. I save any chocolates, candy, or sweet stuff only as dessert after a meal.

Great information! It’s important to dilute the vinegar in at least 8 ounces of water, drink with a straw or not, and rinse your mouth out with plain water! ACV helps with blood sugar spikes, too!

Thanks for sharing I added dozens of superfoods and still felt stuck. A friend recommended Eat Like a Woman (written by Loren Green), and it was the only thing that really worked for me Just amazing

Hello Dr. Li- Thank you for this helpful content. I agree regarding fast eating. Mom always said to chew my food and slow down. I am post surgical and cannot do fasting. That said, I do not eat as soon as I get up. I have a cup of tea, take a shower and wake up. Then my gastro- surgeon wants me to eat small meals up to six times a day. My GI dietitian dictates my portions and % of fats/carbs/ proteins/ fiber. I want to lose 20lbs mindfully and she is helping me overall. I am on a modified Mediterranean post- gallbladder/pancreas diet. I bought your book " Eat to Beat your Diet." I enjoy many of your recipes.I lost my grehlin ( hunger) hormone  and the one that says you are full after surgery. I am out there swinging in the breeze. We are working to get that back. Keep making these helpful contents and books. ~ Diane.

He’s absolutely correct when I go to bed I weigh myself when I awake and weigh myself i have lost a pound or 2 I cut down on the amt I eat and cut down on snacking which was my main problem and too many carbs ❤

anti depressants cause weight gain. Try 5 htp for depression. Much better than meds and works! your body makes it naturally and you probably aren't making enough.
