Apple cider vinegar wasn't for me. Didn't like the taste and didnt do anything for my weight.
My newest revelation is eating keffir everyday. My gut has been dodgy for a year now, after removal of gallbladder. Keffir has changed all that. No more belching after meals and my gut feels so much better.
Plus...the only way I've ever lost weight is take in less calories than I require. Works every time.
