Choosing the right supplements and food is very important part of proper journey to healthy body. Its amazing what vinegar does. But also Its absolutely crazy what food and health industry are doing nowadays. I just finished Vault of Consumable Corruption book and I’m honestly furious at what’s being hidden from us. You have no idea what’s being slipped into your food and all this trash supplements. You'd think you eat healthy but they are poisoning you! We all must wake up ( Thank you for great content!)

I used to drink diluted ACV before lunch and dinner. It helped me maintain my weight. I stopped doing it for two years. I have started again, and it is causing so much gas. How can I use it and skip the gas? I use it in my salad dressings, and I'm fine.

read the same Dr bergs episode, I guess Dr Bert was talking about it as an aid to go to sleep better and help with sugar spikes. I guess you can drink it in the morning but you may feel sleepy? I'm going to find out.

I only have a pure fruit smoothie in morning and I eat dinner at 5pm everyday! That’s all I eat, I’m not trying to lose weight just trying to stay healthy! No processed food, no prepackaged foods, no artificial anything! Eat fresh only

i do 13 hrs fasting everyday, my last meal is at 7pm and my breakfast the next day is about 8:10 am, i never gain weight, my labs are even better now that when i was 20 yrs old, im 51, almost 52, i do exercises than people my age and younger cant do, fasting works guys.

Helpful to know. AC has such a strong taste that it's difficult for me to use. However I like putting red wine vinegar on my salads.

My husband makes me CRAZY when he eats haha! I chew thoroughly, just by nature I guess? He eats like he's STILL in BASIC TRAINING and that was 40 yrs ago lol! I try to gently ask him to slow down, taste his food etc but he's told me he literally cannot do it??

I started gaining weight rapidly after menopause. I have been doing the intermittent fasting for 2 years and haven't lost any weight. Although I stopped gaining. I am built just like my grandmother and she kept gaining and ended up with diabetes. My A1C is low so maybe the fasting is helping in that regard.

What happens with fasting is that it will help for a while but I believe it slows your metabolism so that you plateau but don't gain weight as you mentioned.
I believe that at that point it's better to Kickstart your metabolism again by eating several small predominantly protein based meals and do a reverse diet.
This will work much better and you'll begin to lose weight especially if you can add in weight training a couple times a week and a couple sessions of HIIT training.

I.F. doesn't work for everyone, women in particular. I applaud your 2 years of willpower, though! Check out Dr. Stacy Simms, she emphasizes how women's physiology is different, and doesn't recommend exercising fasted for women. She has some good pointers on exercise considerations for women, too. Congrats on keeping your A1C low - you might also search for the Glucose Goddess for some cool tips on keeping it that way. :) I like the comment below by sterlingmork2974

I had the same problem. I do the intermittent fasting but I also try to adhere to a Keto diet as much as I can. I started dropping weight. Add some weight training and I bet you would see some weight come off.

If you're not doing so already, lift weights. Muscles are metabolically active and will burn calories at rest, as well as reduce the likelihood of developing type II diabetes from sarcopenia. :)

May have fatty liver...do liver and parasite cleanse but take zeolite just before for a week
