Yes, apple cider vinegar - with the mother - taken with water will work wonders for losing belly fat. Also, intermittent fasting overnight, like Dr. Li says, for 16 hours will work wonders, too. No food/drink, including no water unless necessary, and the fat drops like crazy. I weighed myself a few days after fasting on alternative days and it was amazing seeing the pounds drop off. On days I didn’t fast, I ate lightly as usual. Just a couple of salads - egg salad around lunch and a salad with salmon, chicken breast or tuna, for dinner. Sometimes I have a banana and berry smoothie, green tea latte or golden milk latte for brunch. I walk as much as possible - a few times a week and value good sleep - 6-7 hours - and know that laughter is great medicine. I am 77, female, take no meds and weigh 150.
