Hey Mr Huberman, I have a question for you: often times when I dim my lights down at night so that I don't diminish my melatonin for that night, my girlfriend says "turn the lights on, you're going to ruin your eyes." I think this is a myth, but is it true that you can ruin your eyes from trying to read for example with too dimmed lights? I've never heard you talk about this.

I took a lot of acid in high school, and loved renting weird stuff from Blockbuster, listening to Dr. Octagon, and turning the TV on late at night on TNT and reading weird stuff like Beastmaster or Puppet Master. The world seemed like a huge weird place and I was really inspired by that. Tom's new shows on Netflix is so god damn delightful, Tim and Eric are looking up from Hell and smiling, thank you Tom Segura for keeping the dream alive (and doing the young Chinese girl voice)

I'm already deep into the "SCIENCE OF COMEDY" and there was not one mention of the anatomy.
What's a premise, what's a tag, what's a callback.. I'm not saying that i don't know what these mean, but I'm sure there's more that i don't know. I love both of these individuals, I'm a fan of Tom and Momma Jeans and I'm infinitely grateful for all the things I've learned from Andrew Huberman, but this has been the most MEH-to-even-underwhelming episode of Huberman Lab.
