I can understand why his audience base may not have liked this as much but I enjoyed it. I enjoy Andrew as a person more than a scientist with a lot of technical talk. I love him on other people's podcasts since he talks to their audience and its less technical, more broad strokes and he shows his sense of humor. This felt more like that so I thoroughly enjoyed it

Listening to you guys talk about energy in an audience and crafting your skills as you do the work makes me think of what it felt like teaching high school! No one teaches you how to present to high school kids. It can be very intimidating. Some people are naturals. I was not. It took me two years before I really gained my confidence. And they will eat you alive if they know you are nervous or afraid. Anyways I thought it was interesting the parallels that I grabbed from this content. As always enjoy all of your content thank you.

What a change this is so chilled love it, so relaxed maybe it's easier because they know each other well already. Cool runnings ‍♂️ part was fun. Hope I stay with it for the comedy parts, oh it all was. Cheers fellas.

Being vulnerable to learn is the ability to unfold a new level of character and challenges that can lead you to new realms of relationships

And again, just like every other episode, I absolutely loved reading it. Along with the content, I paid attention to the way you both interacted through the episode, total appreciation, respect and establishment of value. Thank you both Dr Huberman and Tom Segura for this entertaining and insightful conversation. There is always so much to take away and learn from Dr Huberman podcast.......a big big thank you.

Great episode! Side note: Art history was the first college course I took. Life changing and totally opened my eyes to appreciating different styles and artists. I'm almost 47 and I still have my gigantic textbook on my coffee table ❤

Very enjoyable conversation to listen to. First huberman lab podcast I didn't have to pause & rewind. It's great to see Andrew mix it up with the guests and find out even more about his interests. I'm a huge fan and I've learned so much from this podcast.

Would you consider an ep on Retinitis Pigmentosa? It runs in my family and no Dr has been able to advise on the carriers experience, I don’t display typical symptoms like the affected family members but there is some form of dystrophy going on.

Hello Dr. Huberman, I wanted to ask if there was a reason for the print length to be different of your upcoming book "Protocols" in different countries. I've already placed the pre-order and cannot wait for it to arrive haha.

Thank you for everything you do for science!

If anyone has an interest in becoming a comedian, take an improv class. You'll soon find out if you're funny or not. My family and friends never told me I was funny. But my improv teachers, fellow students and audience members did. It gave me enough confidence to go ahead and attend open mics.

Bad Thoughts show was truly funny. I love dark humor and you have to be secure in your identity and have balls, to touch that stuff. Andrew, please bring more comedians. Most don't realize how humor and laughter affects our brain.
