A nice salad I sometimes put together and should do more often.,  Roket, betttoot , or graters carrot lettuce, chopped cucumber, blue berries, olive oil   But could put olives in too I suppose. With ether mackerel, sardines,  Salomon or cod liver. Aldo a maybe a sprinkle of walnuts or chia seeds to top it off. Maybe a bit of go
Goats cheese if you feel extravagant, but it taste divine.

Thank-you, Dr Li! I begin each day with three cups of organic freshly ground coffee. Then I have frozen organic blueberries in my plain yogurt. Later I have extra virgin organic olive oil that is very high in polyphenols mixed with pumpkin seeds, parsley, and Pecorino romano cheese. Yum!

What brand of extra virgin olive oil do you use? And how can you tell if it's high in polyphenols
by (100 points)
I use California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil Global Blend -Robust. I like the peppery flavor.
From the company's Q&A: "The polyphenols in this item are ~ 362 mg/kg. Please note that while the levels of polyphenols stay relatively consistent, the exact numbers can fluctuate from year to year and over time."
They also have a QR Code that you can scan to get more information on a particular bottle of olive oil.

I eat fresh blueberries, apples, bananas, oranges, pineapple raspberries and pomegranate seeds pretty regularly about 75-80% of the week.
Raspberries are supposedly excellent for our Bone health and that is what I need in to heal my hipbone injury from my recent  surgery.

Dr Li, I am glad that you mentioned you eat full-fat yogurt. So do I. But I read and hear such conflicting ideas about consuming saturated fat.

Hello Dr Li, thank you for your wonderful video. I have a question. Is it OK to drink a cup of black coffee while I’m having a cup of homemade Kiefer? I enjoy these two drinks in the morning. Does the dairy interact in the same same way as cream mixed in my coffee? Thank you

Thanks Dr. Li. While almost every video talks the flip side of Cofee, i really get light listening to your comments.  I have learned from you that the moderation is the key.
