Where would you fit red light in here? I'm doing it for skin and injury sometimes and never sure if it would go best in the morning or the evening. Especially if I'm getting the morning sun anyway.

Hi Andrew. Since you are a neurologist and ophthalmologist. I have a problem with my Right eye. I see the Centre of the image blurry and bent like squash. The Ophthalmologist Dr. did many tests and said nothing was wrong with my eye. It is a neurological issue with my brain or the optic nerve. Is there any way it can be treated? There is nothing wrong with my peripheral vision, and it has not gotten worse for 20 years now. Thank you
