Corey Hart wore his sunglasses at night long before Huberman....  So he could keep track of the visions in his eyes

Doc, do you think collagen could help in herniated discs? I got a L4-L5 extrusion and L5-S1 protrusion. I know that physiotherapy and McGill's exercises on a daily basis are the key, I've done them, they work pretty well on me and I do them almost daily. Just asking to know what else can benefit my recovery.

Isn't collagen protein lacking an amino acid - therefore making it not countable toward protein intake? I thought collagen was an 'incomplete protein'.

Whey comes from milk; right? Milk is known for its iodine content. So, what protein is best for those of us with auto immune thyroid disease and wanting to avoid iodine?
