My opinion as we are human being, we need animal protein more than plant protein. What I have learnt from most doctors and nutritionist, any kind of animal protein is more bioavailable to be absorbed and used by the human body.

That's right. This is just his opinion. Others site great studies showing Animal protein is better. Who knows.

My area doesn’t have the nice Asian markets and the grocery stores do not carry much in the way of soy. Currently I do have lentils, quinoa and mung beans I struggle to find tasty ways to serve

What constitutes 50 or 60 grams of protein in terms of food? Where to find A2 animal protein?  Where to find cod or salmon that is not farmed or  heavy metal free?

Unfortunately one cant eat salmon anymore as its almost impossible to find salmon which is not farmed.

I love Sockeye salmon, but $18.95  for 12oz frozen.

One reason variety is important, our body doesn’t process “protein”. We process amino acids (found in all foods) and convert them into protein.
When we eat complete animal protein, our bodies have to break it down (protein catabolism).
We don’t get protein just by eating protein. Just as we don’t get collagen by consuming collagen. Our bodies make our own by consuming a large variety of amino acids.
by (100 points)
Nonsense. Plant proteins are also complete. Reported for misinfornation.
by (100 points)
I never said they didn’t. Just pointing out that the reference to meat as protein is misleading, as eating complete proteins isn’t the key. The key is consuming a variety of amino acids (which are found predominantly in plants). Reported for harassment

Just drink a shot of a good extra virgin olive oil that is green and peppery tasting. Thank you Dr Li. You need to be an advisor to RFK Jr assuming he's going to be Secretary of HHS. Americans and  children must become better educated to eat Healthy for good nutrition, reduce obesity, diabetes  and chronic illnesses. So reduce all the ultraprocessed foods full of sugar, preservatives, etc.
Thank you Dr Li. We need you to help Americans become healthier.

He says meat (limit red meat) beef, chicken, pork seafood, salmon, cod has omega 3, salmon has 5 times more omega 3 as cod.. plants: beans, legumes, tree nuts, seeds like pumpkin, sesame, etc, ..a study with people who eat plant proteins have lower risk of premature death by 5%… by shifting diet 3% from animals to plants resulted in 10% decrease in death for men and women. Plants have polyphenols, increase stem cells and gut health, lower inflammation and better immunity ..Top choices beans, (tofu and soy foods, natto for phytoestrogen, edamame, tofu skins, soy beans for less cancer, soy milk better than dairy which traps polyphenols) quinoa, lentils are high fiber, good protein, seafood shellfish for omega 3, help stem cells, peptides for wound healing.  DON’T fry foods. DON’T overeat.
Summary: beans and lentils, tofu and soy, quinoa, fish and shell fish, nuts and seeds, …he left out mushrooms and seaweeds.
After age 40 stay active, exercise, add protein to avoid muscle mass

I’m surprised you didn’t mention choosing organic and not GMO products. Almost all soybean products are GMO  and one needs to buy only organic soy products. Why didn’t you mention that?
by (100 points)
Good point!
by (100 points)
He assumes organic if you follow him.
