sir, I get stressed while cooking 2 of the same type of steaks with different sizes at the same time. You cook 300 steaks at once and know every cuisson, trick, and preference by heart and yet everything comes out perfect.

Love this channel, most impressive is how the meat looks when its cut. Zero loss in juices on most cuts. This has to do with a great resting time and period, and really shows how juicy this meat should really be.

man i love your content. i boosted my cooking skills to another level. my mother is so proud of my cooking skills right now. i am only a hobby chef but i also teach youngsters in foster care how to cook as part of my weekly work routine. id love to eat at your place sometime if im in the uk.
