Has anyone else come across food studies detailing how the foods we eat affect aging, skin condition and brain activity?

I'm so happy I have lived my life this way for 14 years now. You did educate me on different olive oil types. I'm going to order! I cook my eggs in olive oil, too great content!

Just so people are aware, a lot of your restaurant foods, especially Thai and Indian have a lot of added sugar in their foods. Even Italian restaurants put a lot of added sugar in their pasta sauces.
I might make Thai, Indian and Italian food at home, but I don’t put the added sugar and it tastes so much better. The three things that restaurants add to food to make it taste better are salt, butter, and sugar.

More than sugar is the oil they add and cook everything in.

I remember when I was younger, we would have milk delivered in glass bottles and have to rinse them out put them out on the porch and they would swap them for fresh milk. I don’t think you can buy milk in glass jars anymore.

Yes, you can buy milk in glass jars. You will need to look for stores similar to Sprouts or Central Market in Texas.

Lamers Dairy, here in Wisconsin, sells in glass bottles in select groceries. You pay a deposit and get it back when you return the bottle.

In Northern California we can buy organic milk in glass

That just brought back an old memory of when we used to put the milk bottles into the milk Shute at the back of the house and get the new ones delivered in glass bottles. Those were the days, my friend. And I miss them.

I love dark chocolate. Lily's brand. 92 percent cocoa. No added oils. Just natural vanilla. Yes bitter but very nutty and savory.
