I lost my husband and soulmate of 38 years almost 9 years ago. I lost faith in my religion and I was very upset with god and cancer. He was born with pkd and had two transplants that extended his life but the meds required eventually killed him. I'm doing a bit better, but it's still hard to move on. My life revolves around my children and grandchildren! I'm off antidepressants and still feel lonely. He was the extrovert in our relationship and creator of my social circle. What shall I do?

I had insomnia for 10 years after my dad passed. I think I read the whole internet between 2003 and 2013.

I recommend hosting Dr. Nate Zinsser. Performance psychology coach at West Point, and author of The Confident Mind. He is one of the best!

Read the series "Shrinking", it is a comedy, but also presents a wonderful point of view and even helpful protocols for grieving. Shows the stages of grieving.

I am very much wanting to visit my mother one last time, for that loving, forgiving closure.... Even though I have been told that her mind is mostly gone and she no longer recognizes other family members. But those family members do not answer my messages, and I don't know where in Raleigh she is.

I think all violence, even against oneself, is about control. The desire to avoid the surprise of whatever grief is inevitably next?

I am experiencing grieving from having to know I will never get guys that I like because they're way over my level and they are celebrity. I have this intense grief from liking people who can be considered celebrity. It's weird coz we even don't live in the same country. They don't know who I am and I am no one. I am in pain like piercing sadness. It's super weird coz I know of them from a screen.

She doesn't want to call love addiction. However, with the interweaving of the hormones involved in the process, it's an addiction.

A lot of commentators mention losing a loved one to an RX. This abbreviation seems to be particular to the US. Here in the UK, I'm unfamiliar with what RX stands for. Could I tactfully ask someone to explain? Thanking you with kindness, L.W. (the initials of my actual name)
