Thich Nhat Hanh teaches that we can talk to our dead loved ones through mindful walking and breathing in the here and now. Not through necromancy, but by being aware that they are present in our bodies, thoughts, feelings, consciousness, and mental formations. They are there in the stillness of lakes, solidity of mountains, freedom of space, and beauty and freshness of flowers

Every answer to every problem is TIME for the use of our TIME determines our health, relationships, and legacy. The triangular hierarchy remains the same with FAMILY preceding a line of generational understanding of what TIME is and means. The true balance of teaching independence alongside of loyalty is TIME balance skills. Love is the byproduct of this zero cost but high value reflection. Grief and loss is unescapable! However with TIME balance skills we can make TIME for what we LOVE. PERIOD and if it doesn't occur through avoidance then karma will pay it forward.

I recommend hosting Dr. Nate Zinsser. Performance psychology coach at West Point, and author of The Confident Mind. He is one of the best!

Grief is a skillfulness. Not something that needs to be fixed or healed.

Read the series "Shrinking", it is a comedy, but also presents a wonderful point of view and even helpful protocols for grieving. Shows the stages of grieving.
