¡Hola Profe! I am not even going to pretend that I didn't cry throughout the conversation. Time doesn't heal. But every single moment of a miracle called life is a gift. And how and with whom we share this gift and what legacy we will leave is up to us. Thank you for all your hard work and care for all of us.

I know I say this every time I listen to your podcast…
Thank you so much for bringing professionals on your podcast that actually give functional and effective ways to deal with difficult mental and physical problems that we all face.
For me, there is nothing worse than reading a book, or hearing someone give a lecture that tells me what I already know… and gives me no tools to fix it.

I’ve bought… read … And did all of the exercises from Martha Beck’s book Beyond Anxiety.
It has helped me so much with the last areas of anxiety that I just couldn’t reach with the tools that I have …and I have a lot of tools.

Your channel continues to be a great blessing to my life!
Thank you! ❤❤❤❤

This may be a selfish request, but would you consider adding a small note to your document to all of us who love the Huberman Lab and deeply appreciate all the work you’ve done? I don’t think I’m alone in saying that, when the time comes, we will all be grieving your loss.

In my opinion, this is the main reason we are here. Learn how to forget, let it go. Welcome to The Mourning Project!

Just recently lost my dad who had a strong fun personality. Sometimes I am in pain and crying because I miss him, but other times like today I feel his absence but not the pain of his loss, however, I feel very lonely and bored without him despite being with others and busy

Absence.... It is easy to edit your comment, if you would like to... And I am very sorry for your loss.  My Dad is still alive and "well" at 89 y.o., but he has lost his previously fun and funny personality.  I am grieving.

My daughter died suddenly when I was 39 weeks pregnant with her. The grief is overwhelming and earth shattering and then 2 years later, I lost my beloved cat at 18 years old.
It left me with an inability to connect with anyone.

Lost my ex when I was 17... she accidentally overdosed on sleeping meds. She suffered from schizophrenia. I'm 32 now and honestly have tried for years to find someone similar, and ive always had bad relationships because it wasn't the same. Something was always missing until I went for someone totally different. To help my own sanity.  It still hurts and when I find people with her lovable quirky personality or looks I still somedays lose myself.  But I'm happy ive finally moved on a bit.

I lost my child at 39 weeks. This type is even more difficult as the science shows the child's cells stay with mom and he's forever with me. Every day is different but always a sadness underneath.

No one tells you how to deal with the loss of your best friends as you get older. Person after person…

I broke up with with a guy who has Alzheimer’s. I felt like a traitor. Our whole relationship was nothing but me becoming more and more his nurse not more of his lover… he kept changing so I basically kept loosing him… our relationship was too short to survive… so painful
