Dear friend you found out the truth in time and your story and health medical bio needs to be shared. Your story of TRUTH and RECOVERY repeated that still takes my breath away as follows. Thank you, Doctor. I'm 55 years old. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2020 and followed your healthy eating advice. I exercise at least five days a week. Today, all my lab tests are normal and I have no inflammation.

Oh wow! On the list you have Concord grape juice and Concord grapes. When I was little (born in 1957) and would get the childhood illnesses, you know, measles, chicken pox, never got mumps, my dad would be on his way to the store and would ask me if I wanted anything. I always asked for grape juice. Back then we got real grape juice, not the watered-down, sugared-up grape "drink" that we have now. I wanted grape juice. THAT HELPED. I knew I felt better after drinking that and it helped me.

Love you, Dr. Li! You've changed my life. I don't put anything in my mouth that does not fight disease. I have no inflammation and a healthy body. Most people think I eat like a crazy person, but I've learned to love organic veggies, fruits, nuts, and legumes. No sugar, but my coffee and tea always has organic cacoa, cinnamon, and soy milk. Have different teas, honey occasionally and sprouted grains, barley, occasionally brown rice. I look younger and feel better at 63. Thank you for changing my life. I have a big family and have a lot to live for! The 5 body mechanisms of defense are crucial to learning. Not I'm going to add Earl Grey. God bless you and your family!

Same here. People think I am a picky eater because I don't eat ultra processed foods. Eating out or at someone else's house is a big challenge for me so I just try to do my best. But I never look forward to doing so.
I focus on foods with anti-inflammatory properties and foods containing antioxidants. In today's content, I'm learning even more from Dr. Li.

I thought I knew about my health. After reading Vault of Consumable Corruption, I realized I had no clue. Knowing what supplements and food to take is crucial! It’s wild how much we aren’t told. The things industry does to us makes me sick! No wonder everybody is so weak and a lot of ppl develop cancer. They are poisoning us and nobody seems to care.

I am Chinese America. I use Chinese black vinegar for my salad. I use chili pepper to cook meal every day. I also drink cranberry juice before bedtime. I will add using raw garlic and onion for salad will help as well. Raw honey for coffee too.

2 years ago I started a journey to fight chronic inflammation. Before that I had always eaten the Standard American Diet, full of ultra processed foods. However I did eat vegetables and fruits as well.
Dr. Li's book Eat to Beat Disease has been a reference manual for me while I have been learning to eat correctly. I so appreciate his taking time to also make these contents that educate us.
I haven't been able to reverse all the damage from decades of unhealthy eating and carrying too much weight as a result of a poor diet. But I have far fewer arthritis inflammation flare-ups, and I weigh less than I have in more than 4 decades.
And I have been able to so far avoid getting cancer, diabetes, and all the other serious diseases, some that run in my family too.

I love hearing what you have to say.. I have chronic inflammation, had hip replacement last July this July my knee.. you have inspired me.. I have always through I eat well no fried foods no processed foods no junk foods but I still have all this terrible information in arthritis

I just started putting matcha power in my daily yogurt mix. That combined with berries has resulted in an immediate HUGE increase in focus, memory and energy. I've had short term memory issues for about 10 years and matcha has made this a game changer.

Dr Li said any milk added to Matcha negates much of the Polyphenols in the Matcha. The increase in focus comes from the high L-theanine/ caffeine content found in Matcha (not the Polyphenol) Suggest you do NOT mix Matcha with Yoghurt (has milk / fat)
