If you have spent 3-4 years in high level stress and sleep deprivation, the brain takes damage. Does recovery and utilization of stress management/ digestion techniques give you a full recovery + ability to integrate challenge, bit by bit. Think soldiers who survive a war, being in extreme conditions, and being able to survive / find a solution to external & internal obstacles. The real question is, should we take damage to a certain limit to gain power though conquest of challenge, or is it always a losing battle and we are meant to be peaceful & slow challenge integrating creatures.
