When you or anyone start the content with 6am waking time my mind runs the words, "Oh, here we go again".
Also it would be better if the amount of each meal is stated as you mention them like you're only eating few hundred calories in total while looking good in size.

I was taught in massage therapy school about muscle knots, and you, along with your colleagues, believe they aren't real. The last thing I want to do is give my clients false information. I would love if you could go into further explanation about muscle knots, what they are or are not, and whether I should actually be giving more focus to these areas during a massage.
