GABA twice a day is helping, significantly - try for at least two weeks. High humidity indoors is also useful.

I wish I could find an optometrist or ophthamologist who could properly prescribe glasses for people who need a prism in one eye. Distance is fine, yet I read closing one eye. (Seattle area.)

He obviously is following the medical guidelines, not natural health research.
Any Doctor who pushes the low salt, no saturated fat agenda, needs to do more research.
Redmonds Real Salt, is sourced in the interior of Utah. Natural minerals from a pure source.
The body and blood need mineral salt.

Gotta be careful with persimmons because of the potassium, and other items, like spinach, because of the potential for kidney stones.

, as long as you're drinking sufficient water to flush, and eating them alternately, I don't think it should be an issue, unless you're restricted medically.

Alpha GPC made HUGE improvements in my sight more than ten years ago. I take NOW brand. When that was out of stock for quite awhile, i tried other brands, which didn't work as well. It also helps your skin and a few other things. I don't know what foods contain it but, i won't give it up.

I agree with Dr. Li since I have an issue with eye pressure; I developed my own nutrition to protect my eye nerve through my extensive research (NIH) and my background in Biochemistry. My pressure is back in the normal range. Eye needs a multifactorial approach . Nutrition ,Exercise and God.
