Gotta be careful with persimmons because of the potassium, and other items, like spinach, because of the potential for kidney stones.

, as long as you're drinking sufficient water to flush, and eating them alternately, I don't think it should be an issue, unless you're restricted medically.

I have recently added chrysanthemum tea to my daily tea stack. It has lutein and is good for eye health. I ❤ sweet potato soup, too.

Best source of lutein is tomato paste. Include that too.

I especially love kale and broccoli. I grind and eat both flax and chia seeds almost every day.
I also garden and grow greens during the winter months.

Thank you for all this good information. I need to see an ophthalmologist. My regular eye doctor is great but I think I need a more thorough look at my eyes. Thank you for all you do. I listen to you everyday.

Alpha GPC made HUGE improvements in my sight more than ten years ago. I take NOW brand. When that was out of stock for quite awhile, i tried other brands, which didn't work as well. It also helps your skin and a few other things. I don't know what foods contain it but, i won't give it up.

I garden some of my vegetables and always wonder with your videos are certain varieties richer/better. Such as with collard greens, how 'bout other greens? With cantaloupe which of the melons are best or least beneficial. Limited growing space so I always want to maximize the value. Thanks for your videos. MAHA!

I agree with Dr. Li since I have an issue with eye pressure; I developed my own nutrition to protect my eye nerve through my extensive research (NIH) and my background in Biochemistry. My pressure is back in the normal range. Eye needs a multifactorial approach . Nutrition ,Exercise and God.
