I went vegan years ago because of a clogged up heart... and it worked. I went from a 70% clog to a 40% clog in one year. I will never eat another egg again!

if you cook with olive oil you have to use low heat and cook slowly because heat corrupts the oil.

What about cholesterol in eggs? Also Areds 2 has copper. Copper has been implicated in brain lacks that lead to dementia....can you please address this?

There is no correlation between the cholesterol you eat and cholesterol that's actually in your blood. People used to eat eggs for centuries and we only started getting fat 50 years ago. You'll be fine.

according to the National Eye Institute, Areds contain beta carotene and that increases the risk of lung cancer for smokers and former smokers.. Taking Areds 2 is a better option for smokers

I do not smoke. My eye dr said do not take ared2. I wonder why dr Li does not know that ared2 is not healthy.
I think gogi berries are good for eyes. But we should not take any herbs or supplements foe a long period of time. Thanks
