Dr. Li, you're the BEST.   It's so much easier for me to change my habits when I understand why something works or doesn't work.   Thank you for explaining what's happening inside when we eat, sleep, stress out, exercise and fast.  It really helps to know. ❤

I’m glad Dr. Li says the Summary, in the first minute of this video, for those who can’t stay long. That’s smart. I however stay for the whole talk because I find all the extra discussion fascinating.

Intermittent fasting and eating a whole food plant based diet put crohns in remission. I don’t eat until 3, 4, or 5.. a lot if microgreens  and cup of black beans with half avocado, I always break this fast, I put some organic onion powder,  chipotle powder on top with some potassium salt. Best healer. So intermittent fasting is great for alot of things. After I eat my first meal I always put on headphones and listen to relaxing music. This also has changed everything, it also can help you digest better. It helped me greatly.

He says: 1. cut out processed food 2. extend your fasting period. 3.cut down meal size. 4. avoid sodas 5. cut down stress (good luck with that,) 6. exercise 7. good sleep.

Ive lost 50 lbs by eating 1 meal a day. When I was active, i was 195 lbs with 4 percent body fat. Now Im 24/7 taking care of my stroke victim wife. Very stress related. I also have a L3/L4 disk bulging directly into my centra nerve column. Pain is a constant 24/7

One of the best forms of exercise for fan loss is strength training. That was one that was not mentioned. When you build muscle, it increases your metabolic rate. As a result, you burn more calories while sleeping.
