Let's take things one at a time. What is a Michelin Star Omelette? It is more than just an omelet, it is an artisanal cuisine. The Michelin and Guiness world records currently holds the record for the world's most expensive omelette which is Michelin star omelette. The omelette includes Ingredients worthy of a Michelin star: seven eggs, lobster, black truffles, and caviar. Everything is enriched with a lavish sprinkling of gold leaf.
Do you have any recipes of Michelin-starred omelettes?

Just an opinion. Your contents are excellent, probably the best cooking content. I just think that each of your content could be shorter. cap it 10-15 mins would be excellent.

The fried oyster omelette is quite a common dish in asia actually and yes it is inspired by Taiwanese.

So when my family make it ourselves, we also use tapioca flour in the mixture, put the egg straight in there, add grated carrot & white radish, also sauted onion. We go with local oyster because it's small, therefore it's not as snotty as the european ones and faster to cook. The pancake is thick most of the time.

What we wanna get is that almost-mochi-like, chewy texture on the pancake and we can do the sauce as we please, whether we want it sweet & sour, sweet & spicy or anything else. It's totally up to us. We always put vegetables in the sauce too like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, bell pepper, also pickled cucumber sometimes.

Reading you beat egg in a milk pitcher is very reassuring to me as a self proclaimed home kitchen god.

Come to Singapore and try the oyster omelette (orh luak) here... it's basically a mix of starches, and fried with the egg... the oysters only go in at the end for a very light cook, almost raw texture. And the spring onions are garnishes, not fried... Also, the chilli sauce is way different from the siracha or any sauces you have over there. You'd probably not be able to take much of it due to the heat level. LoL
