It's late, and honestly, even when sleep isn't the goal, I still engage. There's something magnetic about the way you explore history—it's like stepping into a quiet, candlelit library where every story feels like a secret waiting to be found. These contents aren't just for falling asleep… they're for wandering minds who love to drift through forgotten places. Thanks for giving the night a bit of wonder.

You said this so perfectly, and I 100% agree! These contents aren't boring at all and have the perfect amount of humor to actively listen to and still enjoy. I read them while I'm working or cleaning as well.

I also enjoy the honest, funny, and brilliant comments. The one on not surviving medieval Japan.

I completely agree with everything you said. These contents truly feel like a secret doorway into the hidden corners of history, where every story is a treasure waiting to be discovered. I often read them at night too, not just to relax but to lose myself in the world of the past. It’s amazing to know someone else feels the same way

I choked on my tea — those nun love letters were steamier than scripts!

I have the worst food poisoning I've ever had. You're getting me through the night. Thank you!

Curry?
God, I hope not.

That's horrible. I hope you have fallen asleep by now and wake up feeling much better!

My dog loves these, when it starts she stretches out and relaxes. I fall asleep with it playing and when the content is over and there is no more popping of a fireplace she wakes me up to put another one on (or replay the current one).

let's add her other demand “and rub my belly until I fall back asleep“…what type of Noble lady is she?

In Houston too trying to fall asleep but all I can hear is loud mufflers and speeding motorcycles on a Saturday lol

"It’s late again—around 11 p.m.—and even though I’m not tired, I press play anyway. There’s something quietly powerful in the way you tell history. It feels like walking through an old museum after hours, where every echo carries a story, and every shadow holds a forgotten name. These contents aren’t just lullabies—they’re gentle invitations to wander through time. Thank you for turning silence into something beautiful.

Never thought I’d fall asleep to medieval nuns breaking vows — but here I am, tucked in and dreaming of candlelit confessions and quiet chaos behind monastery walls

It's interesting, because people often turn to it when they have trouble sleeping or want to fall asleep

It’s completely understandable to seek something calming and interesting at the end of the day — we all need a bit of comfort before drifting off to sleep.

Back then, a lot of nuns weren’t even willing — just forced in by family politics.

On a small trip with psychedelic mushrooms to treat my ptsd. Every time I listen to this voice and these contents no matter the content I am calm and somehow comforted. Bless all of you out there. Life is so precious. Be grateful for what you do have and never give up hope! ❤

It's late in the northwest of the US and thoughts of Diogenes are soothing my over active mind. Thank you for these gentle informative contents.

I can’t be the only one who nearly choked on my tea at the image of Sister Agnes hiding a full suit of armor and a knight behind her tapestry—did anyone else picture the poor guy humming hymns while snacking on figs?

Love the slow storytelling, no loud music, just pure relaxation vibes.
