I love your content! They've been helping me fall asleep so well that i thought i would try using one at the dentist to relax. Unfortunately, i didn't check the topic, just put on the most recent content and it was THIS. I had to stop the hygienist and change the content. Fortunately, it was the one about Eleanor of Aquitaine, which was fascinating, and i got through my appointment with no stress! I also took out a book about Eleanor from the library!
