This content is proof that education doesn’t have to be stressful. I feel like I just took a soft historical nap. I don’t usually comment, but this content truly moved me. I felt relaxed, safe, and emotionally grounded. Just wonderful.

How do you deal with creative blocks or lack of inspiration?
ago by (100 points)
Humanized history is the best. I feel like most history isn't relatable enough to be easy to digest the way it's taught.

That sounds like such a special day—congrats to your daughter! Must be a mix of joy and exhaustion. What was your favorite moment from the wedding?

I don’t know how you do it, but your voice knocks me out faster than any sleep app I’ve tried. Pure sorcery. Thank you.

I never realized that someone meant to 'bring joy' had to live under constant pressure like that. History really can be unfair sometimes, huh?

I just found myself looking at comments thinking of past travels, residences and planning future travels when I retire someday. What a sweet little distraction.

I came here to relax, and I received more than I expected. This content felt like a wave of calm washing over my mind. Thank you for the peace.

This is a good history lesson about real life that I never really knew the entire bittersweet life of a court jester. I can see the bravery of someone in this profession. To live everyday knowing that nobody would ever think that you're an actual human being. Everyone would see just some guy that makes funny noises and silly jokes. Like the stand-up comedians of our world today.

How do you balance personal opinions with factual information in your work?

it is a little after midnight in Los Angeles. I'm going through a deeply painful breakup in a city far from home. I have been having trouble accessing the sweet relief of sleep. Reading your content has occupied my mind just enough to distract me from my spiraling thoughts, without bombarding my senses in a way that stimulates my mind and keeps me awake. Thank you (:

This voice + boring facts = perfect sleep combo. Agree?
ago by (100 points)
And without loud noise and variation in volume.

But the ads come to make that harder

I really love this topic — I often struggle with sleep myself. I’ve started building something in the same spirit — calm, sleep-friendly stories to help people unwind. Thanks for the motivation — it means a lot!

Somehow knowing medieval jesters had it worse than my 9-to-5 makes sleep come easier. Boring history? More like oddly comforting chaos. Thanks for the bedtime misery!
