Is there an explanation out there regarding the importance of beekeeping in ancient cultures?

Is it weird that i don't want to sleep through these? The stories beyond the opener are wild, and fascinating.

Omg no. I love the sleepiness that comes from listening to someone talk, but the information is so interesting I try to stay awake and usually revisit the next day lol

You Should tried to..

And I'm still wide awake with the stories! It's so interesting!

Midnight Baltimore. Thank you. I’m an alcoholic trying to get sober and these contents help

One day, hour, and sometimes minute at a time. Take it in small bits if needed and remember that you are not alone. It was years ago for me - it gets easier but I remember the pain and loneliness like it was yesterday...

Isn't it hard being an alcoholic?? Trying my best to stay off alcohol

Good for you!! I just had my 10yr anniversary in March. If i can do it, anyone who wants to can too, never give up!

4 years sober now here (March 28th), one day at a time God willing! Alcoholic/addict, drugs & alcohol ruled my life for 25+ years.
Keep at it, there will be tough days but EVERYTHING IS BETTER SOBER!
I never want to go back to that way of life - which was no way of life, it was and is a way of death.
One day at a time, one moment at a time, if you have to one breath at a time. Before you know it, you'll be further along still sober and so much healthier and happier!

Past midnight in Germany. Trying to escape from the harsh reality of today and the recent loss of a close relative I am struggling with. Thank you for the great immersive experience living in Rome. Keep up the great work!

I started this thinking it would put me to sleep… now I'm wide awake, and actually fascinated by how brutal Roman daily life was. This is the most interesting 'boring' history I've ever heard. Who else ended up learning instead of sleeping?
ago by (100 points)
I did go to sleep... but woke up and ran it back. Then, I proceeded to research more on Rhodogune and Tomyris. I might name my daughters after them.

If youre into forbidden history, book called Obscura Roma Dominion is a must-read. It uncovers censored records, secret archives, and hidden truths about the Roman Empire that few dare to reveal.

“Dare to reveal” as if there isn’t a published book about it

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. I just finished my night shift and ready to sleep while listening to this!

Sometimes it's too hard to sleep because I'm a sucker for history and your narration is mesmerising and it feels like I'm there.

Hello from Arizona, USA. I have chronic insomnia and I struggle with mental health. Your content is a life source in easing my mind, taking pressure off my chest, allowing me to take a deep breath. I'm also being educated at the same time, which I love. Sincerely, Thank you for doing what you do.

Hello from a Brit now living in Colombia,

Currently sat on my patio overlooking the Andes mountains, with hot chocolate. I can hear some parrots and see distant thunderstorms over the peaks and as always, your content is just the cherry on the cake.

It’s fascinating how “boring” history reveals just how brutal everyday life once was. Listening to the details about hygiene, food, and survival in the Roman Empire really put things into perspective — we take so much comfort and convenience for granted today. It makes me wonder: if you had to live one day in any ancient civilization, knowing what you know now, which would you choose — and why?

I used to cry in the bathroom at work, quietly falling apart while trying to keep up the whole “positive mindset” image, but the truth is I was exhausted and none of it helped — I did shadow work, journaling, even energy healing, but life stayed stuck until I read a quiet comment about Depths of Manifestation by Auron Malvek and how it doesn’t save you, it exposes you — and it’s true, it broke something open in me, showed me exactly why I’d been stuck for so long, and once I faced it, everything began to shift — not just around me, but inside too.

Hello, and thank you very much. My father has been suffering from insomnia for quite a while, but since finding you, he has been able to sleep well. Now, every day before bed, I turn to you to help my father.

This channel is brilliant. Waiting for the day I see this guy interviewed on a major show because he needs to go mega viral. The writing is phenomenal. I'm not at all sleepy. I read awake-because it's great.❤

Surprisingly soothing and incredibly interesting. The gentle tone makes it easy to relax, while the stories from ancient Rome keep the mind just curious enough to drift off. Perfect blend of history and sleep aid—well done.
