Could someone provide the perfect cooking temperatures for a variety of steak cuts? I am trying to achieve the ‘perfect’ doneness.

If this was any other channel this would be a 50min content with 10mins to explain every bit. Totally enjoyed this format, the rump looked incredible (im usually a medium ribeye guy)

sir, I get stressed while cooking 2 of the same type of steaks with different sizes at the same time. You cook 300 steaks at once and know every cuisson, trick, and preference by heart and yet everything comes out perfect.
Bravo!

Love this content, most impressive is how the meat looks when its cut. Zero loss in juices on most cuts. This has to do with a great resting time and period, and really shows how juicy this meat should really be.

Canada here! There is not one thing I would do differently than you showed. Made me smile knowing I was on the right track. You also taught me another way to sharpen my knives. Never looked back. Thank you for sharing!

This is just top cooking and delivery. A masterclass. That rump roast was a work of art. Serve that with a good salad and a dollop of bearnaise and I'd be in heaven.

Another wonderful content, and the best advice in the last part-have your steak cooked to the chef's recommendation. Always the best option.

Loads of people talk smack when others post pictures of their steaks. I couldn’t imagine any one of the trolls showing an end to end content of them cooking all these steaks at the same time, to this level of perfection.
These guys know their onions!

Definitely showing your skills with cooking so many steaks at once since they’re all so different and require different techniques. Great content as always ❤
