Best chefs right now. Hands down love reading these guys for their transparency their skill and dedication.

Hell If I was a young chef again I’d be begging to work at fallow even for free for a few months.

I agree! Up and coming young, ambitious, or creative chefs must be queuing up to Stage at Fallow. Probably the same way people used to get on multiple years waiting list to Stage at the Fat Duck.

The oil wasn’t hot enough when frying the egg, which is why it turned out soggy. It should be a little crispy and dry.

They were doing this content fast, and didn't want to wait for the oil to heat up to temperature. I am sure that they would get the oil up to the right temperature later for customers.

cuisine is definitely at its own level. Too hot, too fast or slow. Textures change in a matter of milliseconds. Would love to see these chefs try out one of chef wang gangs recipes out. Or even a wang gang reaction content.

Fallow is my No.1 cooking channel. I love their food and learn shit loads from reading.
I will be visiting the restaurant next time I'm in London. I have my eye on the Cod's head.
