and please whould you talk about suplements, I heard from some doctors that eating supplements is not good, I take vitamin D3 with K2 (because I live somewhere that there's not a lot of sun) and cod liver oil (because I don't eat a lot of fish, I eat salmon sometimes but I don't like fish) magnesium, and B12 methyl because I was very tired, when I began to eat supplement I become more energetic and felt much better, so I take every day these types of supplement. Please let me know, because nowadays the foods that we eat are not good and we cannot eat organic all the time because it's very expensive, please can you make content about that

I love berries! Recently, I've been on an organic diet. Organic berries are $2 more. Would non organic berries still work?

Why do they say cashews and macadamia nuts are not good to eat? That's what Barbara Onil said.

They're very high in fats not good for cholesterol...especially if you're in your 60's as our bodies change with certain foods.
