I've been told that grief can affect our health negatively. How exactly does grief affect our health, what does it do to our bodies, and how can we deal or heal from grief?

I think all violence, even against oneself, is about control. The desire to avoid the surprise of whatever grief is inevitably next?

I am experiencing grieving from having to know I will never get guys that I like because they're way over my level and they are celebrity. I have this intense grief from liking people who can be considered celebrity. It's weird coz we even don't live in the same country. They don't know who I am and I am no one. I am in pain like piercing sadness. It's super weird coz I know of them from a screen.

A lot of commentators mention losing a loved one to an RX. This abbreviation seems to be particular to the US. Here in the UK, I'm unfamiliar with what RX stands for. Could I tactfully ask someone to explain? Thanking you with kindness, L.W. (the initials of my actual name)

So just curious, after reading this, do many of you believe there is nothing for the person after they die? They live on in us, but that's it?
