Has any research been conducted that explains how foods that are rich in polyphenols can reduce the observable effects of aging?

Can it be reversed?  I'm now eating more foods from your list. I do eat one Brand of cracker, occasionally, that does not have bad oils in it. Sprouts club crackers. Nothing else. I only eat sourdough bread with no bad oils in it.
I figured out a recipe to make my own pink drink at home. It's not as sweet as 'theirs', but it's still really good! There is no sugar in it.  I make it in my Vitamix. I can't have much caffeine, so I use my own decaf green tea.  Thank you for all the tips! I also own both of your books. I had my hubby pick the foods he would eat from your food list. Then I picked what I'll eat. I cook from those foods.    I don't cook meals much anymore because of the way my hubby eats. More like charcuterie style. I bake meat in big batches, freeze it in serving sizes, and we just take out what we want the night before so it thaws in the fridge overnight. We can eat it as is, or make something out of it. I do cook meals occasionally. Still following the guidelines.   I always cook a big meal for holidays and birthdays. ❤

What is the pink drink?
Is it for weight loss? Does it work?
Will you share the recipe?

@@Seek_HimNo, not for weight loss. Its a Starbks drink. Theirs' has caffeine in it and sugar.
I saw a recipe for a copy cat, but I didn't like what was in it. I read their tips and created one I was happy with.
1can organic coconut milk, 1 cup apple juice no sugar added (I used Mott's), 3 cups decaf green tea (pre-made and chilled). Blend in a blender well. It will froth on top. I partially thawed  1.5-2 cups of frozen strawberries for a short time. Added to blender, mixed well.  Poured into a glass. Done. I poured the rest into other stainless steel travel cups I have and put them in the fridge for another day. I got 3 large cups out of it. About 7 cups liquid total. You can add ice if you wish.
It's refreshing. And coconut milk is good for me.
Too much caffeine triggers my vertigo. That's why I made my own. I only used 3 tea bags and added water. I have a RO filter system in my kitchen. That's the only water I use to drink or cook with. It was cheaper than buying cases of bottled water every month. I did the math first.  I was buying Liter Smart water bottles. Hope that helps.
