Forlorade Zero creatine, taurine, carnosine, zero EPA/DHA (ALA conversion to epa/dha is awful) K2, zero heme iron, zero retinol, zero B6 and B12, low amounts/in badly absorbed form: trace amounts of choline, low carnitine, low D vitamins, low CoQ10, low amounts of dietary cholesterol and saturated fat, bad omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, and the list goes on. Way poorer absorbing protein with poorer amino acid profiles which are way less anabolic than meat counterparts.
"B-but your body produces it's own creatine (and others)!" Yeah, your body produces around 1 gram of creatine per day, when ideal levels are 0.1g/kg of body weight. And creatine has massive cognitive benefits.
Great that you so far feel great, just remember that when you start to not feel so great, it's thanks to your awful diet. For example, your body stores B12, and those stores can last over 5 years - and since supplements and fortified foods don't exactly absorb very well, the B12 deficiency will hit you at some point in the future. You'd feel even better if you'd eat meat, on top of the fact that you wouldn't be facing said future deficiencies.
I'd love to see your physique. I've seen so many claim that they "feel great", and then it's a skinny fat low testosterone male typing it out. You'd feel much better if you ate a whole foods meat based diet.
