I love that the seller is very much informed which seems to me that he enjoy the process and is educated about how to harvest his product

I grow several micro-greens for my own consumption, they are all harvested about 2 to 3 weeks after being planted. I try to plant (all in my window sill) red variations, like red amaranthus, red cabbage, beets. They are very tasty! Broccolis are great too! Everyone can grow them at home

I tried the cantaloupe micro greens from our farmers market, and yes, they smelled and tasted like cantaloupe! I still have to figure out how to use microgreens in my meals.

I grow a variety of greens called wasabina...those would be great as micro greens! Any spicy mustard greens. I let some go to seed in the second season or even force some of my greens and brassicas to go to seed (stressed conditions can trigger them to bolt for this purpose) and save seeds for growing micro greens and next year's garden seeds.

What's the nutritional difference between hydroponic and rich organic soil?
by (100 points)
Good question. I plant them on soil, in small containers on my window sill.
by (100 points)
In Dr. Bergs opinion there is very small nutritional value if any in hydroponic cultures. Rich organic soil is what provides plants with nutrients.

I would want to know the source of the water used, and what they added to it, to grow this stuff, BEFORE I even considered buying any.
