Really?  I've been drinking it everyday and with no thyroid nothing happened. Eat eggs avocado salmon drink water no soda . So I should drink 7 oz. 3x a day so 21 ozs.?

Due to kidney stones? All I do is to make certain I drink water and not just green tea. The water will counteract. If I drink 1 cup, an hour later, I'll do 1 cup water then repeat till I get the amount of water I need for the day.
