Cut your carbs gradually to under 50g total. Go to bed early, like by 9pm. Get plenty of sleep over 8 hours if possible and drink half your body weight in ounces of filtered water. Add 20 to 30 min Exercise, walking/biking on empty stomach, but not cardio until you have lost all you wanted. Walk 10 minutes after every meal. Use 1 TSBP of ACV before meals and 2 TSBP before bed. Get 10 minutes of morning sun. Add lifting weights 2 to 3x per week. Increase your fasting gradually to 24, 48, 72, 100 hours and continue once per month with good electrolytes. I like Eulyte. Also take your measurements in several places at least every 2 weeks for motivation. Add 1 TBSP organic MCT oil in your barely warm green tea in the morning before exercise. I believe putting oil in hot drink like coffee ruins it.
