I say even burns more if you do eight hours, but say you go 16 hours and you don’t eat till like 11 or 12 in the morning

I would be lucky to get one hour sleep I go to bed 7.30 can't fall asleep until about 11.00 I wake up about 12.20 can't go back to sleep I don't eat anything after 6.00 pm
