Can anyone shed some light on what the actual advantages, if any, there are to donning blue and green light blocking glasses in the evening?

There's not a chance I could eat enough to get anywhere NEAR 1 gm of protein per pound. I can't eat that much food. And I'm so tired of whey. And chicken. And meat. I would have to eat at least 33 eggs a day.

I want to take creatine but because in my family there is a propensity for baldness, I am not taking that risk in my 50s. LMAO Yes, I heard it's not scientifically proven, but not taking any chances.

Typically really enjoy these I understand that I can purchase the longer version but does this feel like a cash grab now, And only one of the things in the click bait title did he actually even talk about and that wasn't really what I was interested in.
Really hope this isn't the new norm.

It seems you had content claiming glasses to help with sleep don't work. It's an area you're an expert on and in the content you debunked the claims that they do work.
Later you promoted them and claimed they worked?
Why?
Iirc this is the case, I should check to confirm but I'm low on time right now so don't take my word for it that it is the case.
