I love going to the store & buying good quality healthy items & ingredients & making my Own Meals. 85% of the food at restaurants is low quality junk. I rarely if ever eat out at restaurants.

Thanks. I much prefer cooking and making salads at home vs eating out. But when I do eat out or at someone else's house, I just do my best to eat as healthy as possible. I don't want to be a picky eater that no one wants to go out to dinner with.
But I don't eat those foods in my own home.

The healthiest and the longest living people on  Earth are huge consumers of olive oil! Plus Blue Zones! SInce ever, I always look for the finest extra virgin olive oil I can get, and I always even cook with it despite all info like don’t do it! :)

What about the phthalates found in almost all brands of olive oils according to the mamavation report that could cause health problems

Try Georgetown Olive Oils they have High polyphenol oils as well they are all very good
