I have a friend he is 103. He ran a gas station and mechanic shop his complete life. Gas on his hands, siphoning gas etc etc list goes on. He’s still living lol

NGL, the best way to eat leftover pizza is cold! (It's not a popular opinion but it is mine). And I need to find all my glass bottles I got when I was juicing and use those for water. I have RTicOutdoor tumblers but I think only one of them has stainless steel but there's an inside coating.

Starches are polymers already!  So it’s not accurate to say that microwaving them would cause them to be converted into polymers! Look it up yourself!

Actually microwaving food produces less AGEs than other high temperature cooking methods such as frying or grilling! It’s concerning that Dr Li is getting these basic facts wrong.
