Can blueberries help with weight loss?

Hello Dr Li, thank you for your wonderful video. I have a question. Is it OK to drink a cup of black coffee while I’m having a cup of homemade Kiefer? I enjoy these two drinks in the morning. Does the dairy interact in the same same way as cream mixed in my coffee? Thank you

Dr Li, I am glad that you mentioned you eat full-fat yogurt. So do I. But I read and hear such conflicting ideas about consuming saturated fat.

The best olive oil is Portuguese.!!! Many Spanish Olive oils are from Alentejo!!!!

I use freeze dried because it doesn't upset my stomach like regular brewed coffee. K-cup medium coffee is too strong for my stomach, and it is harder to find light roast.

Apparently yellow is better than green olive oil as well as the lower the acid content the better - with a threshold of less than 0.5%. Where I live many do not state the acid content and thus does not even meet EU Standards for EV Olive Oil/First cold pressing. Beware

  not only Dr. Amen, many people say coffee is harmful without having a holistic view. Coffee must have some good compounds. One of them is Chlorogenic Acid , and Dr. Li said that. Definitely, moderation is the key.
