Are there any foods that are relatively easy to make and incorporate into my meal plan to lower cholesterol and help prevent heart diseases that anyone can share?

People learn differently. Analogies can paint pictures that resonate beyond words. Type A’s could become impatient / but I tend toward A and find Dr Li’s delivery delightfully calming and often pluck out helpful nuggets to add to my routine. Let’s remember listeners could be older seniors… new to such topics…may have ignored their own health for decades… live in food deserts…
