Intermittent fasting and eating a whole food plant based diet put crohns in remission. I don’t eat until 3, 4, or 5.. a lot if microgreens and cup of black beans with half avocado, I always break this fast, I put some organic onion powder, chipotle powder on top with some potassium salt. Best healer. So intermittent fasting is great for alot of things. After I eat my first meal I always put on headphones and listen to relaxing music.
