From my very brief meeting in an interview with Dr. A.Huberman,  I believe I have never before experienced integrity of this caliber,
your truly overwhelming influence (even via utube,  i believe we ALL can sense it),
your mental power and focus,
your passion and expertise,
from any other person of genuine success like yours.
Congratulations Dr.A.Huberman for getting here- but also for paying the price to attain this success in your life. You WILL change lives most assuredly- not only a global tribe of HLs thirsting for CHANGE but also looking (up) to you as an inspirational role model. Im not impressed by certain types of BREAKTHRU MINDSET  individuals who stand out in the world of success (names not to be mentioned) but your decency and self-worth render me speechless.
Here's to a brilliant new year with your outstanding podcasts  ahead.  And perhaps to meeting you in person, in the near future.

I especially liked Andrew's comment on grief when we have lost someone and can move on but keep gratitude for the time we had without focusing on the loss. Grief can be crippling

Mindfulness and Neuroplasticity. I have learnt useful mindfulness techniques through a mindfulness therapist and she talks about rewiring the brain, to combat our negative self-talk.
I'd love to learn more about how it's possible to build new neural pathways and how that helps us to manage anxiety and fear.
Thank you for your content.

And the mention of your dog at the end was all that was required for me to hit subscribe

I have been incorporating your morning routine into my schedule. Today I had a great conversation with a client of mine who is an old timer Amishman. He was telling me how important is was to do a cold water plunge on a regular basis. I was so amazed and exited that he knew about cold water plunge and infact you are teaching "old medicine" that our modern society had forgotten.

Cognitive impairment from depression/anxiety. I suffered from moderate depression and am suffering from GAD for few years now and my cognitive functions went down significantly. My creativity and level of intellect that I used to have was very fulfilling part of my life so getting it back would be a huge help for getting rid of anxiety and I am sure it would be of help for others too. Are there any ways - excluding drugs - of minimalizing cognitive impairment that arises together with given issues and what can one do when is already in this deep hole? What happens inside our brains during depression/anxiety? Also what can one do to avoid depression and what to seek for when we see it coming or how to notice it coming?
Thank you for your work mr Huberman and the people in the lab! I enjoyed content that is put out in the internet. I hope we will see mrs Lisa Barrett on the podcast very soon! Lovely woman with great knowledge and perspectives! Cheers!

I'd like a discussion about the eyes, especially about vision impairments, such as myopia and hyperopia, it's causes and potential treatments.

Really love these podcasts. I am currently studying Psychology and I do believe these tool should be more widely available and that the stream of knowledge should extend beyond University walls. Love how Andrew breaks everything down and makes it so relatable. Thank you

Yes and we need specific guidelines. I went back and listened to some videos and jotted down # of reps, length of inhale or exhale, etc...

Many talks on motivation and focus target neurotypicals or there is an assumption that a listener has a neurotypical brain. I was hoping you could talk in deep about neurodivergent people, debunk some myths and how we can develop focus and motivation that works for us. Thank you for everything you teach and share.Deeply appreciate you. Congratulations on the podcast.
All the best.

I heard you say something on a podcast and you were so right: EMDR totally calms down my PTSD in triggering situations in a way that five years of talking, even tapping,  never has. Thank you!!!! Hello Huberman lab crew! I would love to know more about SSRIs and the long term impact of these medications, maybe even a bit of history of their development as well? I'm from the Prozac generation and would be interested to see how these medications impact the brain in the long term...or if they even should be used for extended time periods. Oh, and maybe a one-off episode about the history of neuroscience or the different fields it interacts with? I'd would be interesting to get a helicopter view of all the different fields of research about the brain. Excited to see what comes next! Thank you for sharing the knowledge!

Praying he does an episode or a month on SSRI’s
How to slowly taper off without brain going haywire

I would love to see the topics of sleep and dreams, emotions and feelings, language and thoughts, and learning and memory.
Also, a series about the fundamentals of neuroscience would be highly interesting - the brain, the nervous system, genes and neurons... (maybe even neural circuits).
Moreover, I would like you to discuss the topic of neuroimaging (techniques such as fMRI, MRI, PET, EEG).
And especially because of your specialization in vision and sight, a month about visual processing would be awesome.

this could link with the visual learning process for Autism Spectrum and education. And EMDR and walking and learning while doing

Hello Andrew, I adore how you explain everything with so much clarity and efficiency. I saw a suggestion under that I am very interested also with. Its about childhood traumas. When you have accumulated an enormous amount of traumas and have been exposed constantly during years to trauma, what tools besides psychotherapy etc.. you can use to help with erasing limiting belief systems,  haunting fears, etc,,, all the consequences that prevent us to be the best version of ourselves today. Thank you sooooooo much . I am fascinated by neurosciences, but its the first time that I am that impressed by the quality  and clarity of how you cover topics.
