Could someone describe the tutorial in Spacecraft and what key systems it covers?

When release?

I just wanna be able to walk around in my spaceship at any time and control it from first person. Anything less makes the setting feel like wallpaper for a generic craft em up.

This could be cool. Add some proper space physics (Newtonian or better yet Keplerian) and I might get interested.

You can’t go inside the ship?

If you can't actually walk around inside the ship ala The Mandalorian it's pointless.

Just like any other game in this genre it has some potential but currently there are a lot of games to choose from and the market is diluted. It's similar to No Man's Sky and a bit of Robo craft but in space. What is missing here is colonization, base making, npcs, different species, space combat, complex material resources system, land combat (I suppose there won't be), complex trading. I am just assuming because the X franchise has these, Everspace have space combat, Freelancer have combat-trading-quests, No Man's Sky have lot more combined.

It needs a bit more extra to be more appealing but probably some of this I mentioned could be added later otherwise the game is dead on arrival. I can see a lot of effort put into this one but basically a basic spacer game with bare minimum systems.

No mans sky was shit when it started

yup, but it's come a long way since then. I would say this shows promise, but I think unless its an RTS game or a new sci-fi shooter/star fox style game I think open world survival/crafting games are getting real tiresome.

Babylon 7? What happened to Babylon 5 and 6?
by (100 points)
Well we know what happened to Babylon 1 through 5 but I distinctly remember the intro saying that 5 was the last of the Babylon stations. Clearly they didn't get the memo!!
by (100 points)
Glad still there are people who remembers of the Babylon 5.

In game quest - Find the Babylon 6.

Nearly a decade later, and games keep doing their best to do just a fraction of what No Man's Sky has. It baffles me why they try to mimic rather than doing something different. But that's the Minecraft effect I suppose

All you get from Star Citizen is a broken elevator which prevents you from getting to your ship and rubber banding that sends you all the way to the starting hotel room after a few minutes forcing you to start from the beginning and feeling like you wasted your time and money. So it's better to play SpaceCraft instead.
