Milking this one game for 10 years is a disgrace, especially considering it still isn't even remotely close to the original reveal trailer's graphics or destruction. Make a sequel, this is such a sad development team now. 10 years and all you can do is add a broken unrealistic operator every few months, charge people money cause they want the new competitive edge cause you guys intentionally make them imbalanced, then you nerf the character after everyone paid for it. Rinse and repeat. Make a proper sequel, try innovating. Jeeze.

The game is thriving, It's fun to play and is probably the best comp fps on the market, I don't support all of Ubisofts decisions but I'm glad they ain't making a sequel

I used to play it competitively, solo queued to Diamond, back when the operators were actually realistic. Soon as they started putting invisible mines and mid-air proximity detonation concussions and other nonsensical stuff, it was just a game about gimmicks and has been ever since. Bad graphics, poor gunplay by today's standards, bad movement, bad animations. It's an old game that was moderately good 10 years ago and sucks now.

This change just adds a new mode which wasn't a fan since no one helped me defend and half the team was going after the only defender making the game f2p so us paid players only get I imagine cosmetics that won't likely be that special and will almost certainly make the hacking problem worse than it is this games in a terrible state and it's only gonna get worse with them going f2p terrible move on the company's part but then again this company has been making constant L's so I'm not surprised between shadows canning xdefiant when it was doing decently well for a f2p game which made mark rubin retire essentially now due to that and countless other flops it's a miracle this company isn't bankrupt yet at this point
