As someone said before, I have also heard that grief is associated with various health risks. How does grief affect physical health? Which steps can we take to care for these risks?

No one tells you how to deal with the loss of your best friends as you get older. Person after person…

I broke up with a guy who has Alzheimer’s. I felt like a traitor. Our whole relationship was nothing but me becoming more and more his nurse not more of his lover… he kept changing so I basically kept losing him… our relationship was too short to survive… so painful

My mom died 2 months ago. I came home from work and found her. It was unexpected and it broke me. Her sister who was like a mom to me passed away 7 months earlier from cancer. I saw my mom grieve herself to death. I tried so hard to help her but I couldn’t. Now I feel so alone. I still live in the house I shared with them. I don’t know how to move on from this. I feel stuck in grief. I just don’t know how to get out.

I lost my child at 39 weeks. This type is even more difficult as the science shows the child's cells stay with mom and he's forever with me. Every day is different but always a sadness underneath.

Every answer to every problem is TIME for the use of our TIME determines our health, relationships, and legacy. The triangular hierarchy remains the same with FAMILY preceding a line of generational understanding of what TIME is and means. The true balance of teaching independence alongside of loyalty is TIME balance skills. Love is the byproduct of this zero cost but high value reflection. Grief and loss is unescapable! However with TIME balance skills we can make TIME for what we LOVE. PERIOD and if it doesn't occur through avoidance then karma will pay it forward.

I lost my husband and soulmate of 38 years almost 9 years ago. I lost faith in my religion and I was very upset with god and cancer. He was born with pkd and had two transplants that extended his life but the meds required eventually killed him. I’m doing a bit better, but it’s still hard to move on. My life revolves around my children and grandchildren! I’m off antidepressants and still feel lonely. He was the extrovert in our relationship and creator of my social circle. What shall I do?
