Good for you. Congratulations! For those who don't take well to fasting, you can just eat 4 to 5 small meals per day of healthy foods. Cut out the added sugar. Cut out the added fats. Then you'll lose weight too. I'm losing 2 lbs per week. I'm never hungry, for when I'm hungry it's time for a meal, obviously. I've increased my intake of vegetables, nuts and fish. If I really want to taste something sweet, I use a small amount of artificial sweetener in yoghurt or on strawberries to satisfy the want and prevent myself from eating candy.
