Antidepressants, Benzodizapines, antipsychotics often cause disabling systems and can be extremely painful to get off.

With all the meds prescribed depression, anxiety, suicides are increasing in all age groups.

Labeling, medication are not get to root problem

Unhealed truama/grief, difficult life situations are not disorders.

I have been taking a DHT Blocker in the form of topical drops to prevent hair loss and I think it’s contributing to major depression and SI - what are your thoughts on DHT Blockers?

I know it sounds crazy but trust me. Solutions to our problems could be easier than we think. The entrenchment of complexity …

I’m curious how to look at bipolar- there are so many classifications- all of them related to a “sensitivity” of sorts- whether improper methylation, Glutamate/GABA issues, inflammation, etc.  there is a whole
Spectrum /crossover between adhd schizophrenia and autism.  Personally, I seem to be AuDHD and some version of sensitive/ bipolar -mostly depressive-but hypomanic with the use of antidepressants.  The ground below me is never stable - and I think most
Antipsychotics have WAY too many side effects to bother with unless you are suicidal and there are NO other alternatives

if you're into manifestation but feeling confused by all the different methods out there Manifest and receive by Eva Hartley explains everything through actual quantum mechanics. started last month with her workbook I've been seeing massive shifts, it's crazy. the frequency method makes so much sense when you understand the science behind it. finally feel like I get how this actually works ❤️

I have to question whether autism is something that should be "cured". I agree that treatment to help individuals on the ASD cope and adapt to live their best lives could be useful, but a "cure" seems to discount the unique presentation that people on the autism spectrum bring to the human experience? Can we enhance neurodivergent presentations without trying to cull it as a "disease"? I think this is very different than other issues such as Parkinson's, such as presented as a group needing "cured", in this podcast.

How about Metabolic Psychiatry… using a ketogenic diet rather than medication - there’s studies to show this is very effective under supervision

People don’t seek treatment because they won’t receive treatment. They will receive medication whether needed or not.

consider that autism and neurodivergence may not need to be cured and pathologizing it implies something is wrong rather than just different.

I am one of those who struggle by the desk and have most creative thoughts while moving and I'm a content editor. Thinking of getting a treadmill to enhance my time while editing anybody tried that ?
